Terms of Use — Trusted Ground Rules Covering Old BansalExch Readers Too
Short version first. Nobody on bighand.in can open, fund or close a Bighand99 account; the desk on chat does that. What you get here are terms of use for a reading site about sign-in, IDs and moving addresses, and reading on means you accept them.
Who Can Use Bighand99 Pages — 18+ and Your Real Local Law
Adults only: 18 or over, and the Bighand99 service is meant for India. That part is fixed.
What is not fixed is the law where you live. Rules on real-money play differ from state to state in India and they do get amended, so checking whether Bighand99 is allowed for you is your job, not ours. Nothing on these pages is legal advice. A page saying how to sign in is a description of a screen (nothing more) and it cannot make an activity lawful where it was not.
If play has stopped feeling like a choice, the Bighand99 responsible gaming page is the place to start, probably before anything else here.
Bighand99 Odds, Markets and Timings — Clear Limits, No Guarantee
These pages describe how Bighand99 usually behaves. Usually is the key word.
Treat every number in that list as a snapshot. The Bighand99 desk on chat outranks this site on all of it, including which address is live this week (one bookmark from March can be useless by May, while your Bighand99 ID and balance stay put). And no page here, in any section, is a tip or a prediction about a match.
Old BansalExch Pages and the Official Bighand99 Terms of Use
Arrived here by searching BansalExch? You are covered. The 2023 rename to Bighand99 changed nothing about accounts, balances or the desk, so anyone arriving through an old BansalExch search, or holding a referral card printed with BigHand247, is reading under these same Bighand99 terms. There is no second rulebook for the earlier name. Pages that still say BansalExch in a heading do so because people search that way, and the brand they describe is Bighand99 in every case.
One more point on the old name: an APK file labelled BansalExch or Bighand99 that someone forwards to you did not come from the desk. Bighand99 runs in the mobile browser.
Outside Links, Liability and the Latest Bighand99 Terms
Every sign-up button here leads to goexch.org.in, and the footer icons lead to social profiles. Once you follow one, that service's own rules apply rather than ours. Your Bighand99 credentials are yours to protect; a password typed into a page that is not the one the desk sent you is a loss nobody here can undo.
As far as the law permits, bighand.in is provided as it stands. We are not liable for betting losses, for a stale timing, or for an address that stopped working between two visits.
We may edit these Bighand99 terms at any time, and the version on this page on the day you read it is the one that counts. No notice goes out, because we keep no email list. What we do collect is set out in the Bighand99 privacy policy, and who runs these pages is on about Bighand99 help.
