BansalExch — Official Bighand99 Since 2023, Bet With the Same ID
BansalExch is what most players called Bansal Exchange, and since 2023 that sportsbook trades as Bighand99. Your account crossed over untouched. Same username, same balance, same people answering the WhatsApp chat. Only two things moved: the wordmark at the top of the screen and the web address you reach it on.
BansalExch to Bighand99: The Official 2023 Change, Row by Row
If you last bet here as a BansalExch customer, the table below is the whole story in about thirty seconds. Read the middle column first.
| Item | Before 2023 | 2023 rename | Today on Bighand99 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name on screen | Bansal Exchange (BansalExch) | Switched | Bighand99 |
| Web address | The link you bookmarked | Moved | Whatever the desk sends right now |
| Username and password | Issued over chat | Untouched | Still sign in |
| Balance | Held on the account | Carried over | Same figure |
| Support desk | WhatsApp chat | Untouched | Same desk, same chat |
| BigHand247 cards | Printed for referrals | Still honoured | Open the same account |
Five rows froze in 2023. One did not. The second row, web address, has kept shifting ever since, which is why a returning BansalExch player usually trips there before getting anywhere near a password box: the bookmark goes nowhere, and it is tempting to conclude Bighand99 folded. It did not (the rename was a sign change, not a shutdown).
Why the BansalExch Name Is Still Searched: A Real Bighand99 Pattern
Habit, mostly. The old name ran for years before the switch, and short forms stick (nobody wanted to type Bansal Exchange in full on a phone). Referral messages forwarded in group chats still say BansalExch. Some printed cards say BigHand247. So people type the name they remember, expect a closed site, and find that Bighand99 is the same operation wearing a newer sign.
BansalExch Reviews: What Bighand99 Players Raise, With Clear Fixes
Read enough BansalExch reviews and the same four complaints come round again and again. None of them is about the rename itself. Each one has a short fix on Bighand99.
Dead BansalExch Link: Get the Latest Bighand99 Address
An old bookmark times out or shows someone else's page. Ask the desk on chat for the working address and use your existing ID there. Same login, same balance, whatever the domain.
Password Rejected: A Quick Bighand99 Paste Fix
Two culprits, in this order. First the username: Bighand99 treats Rahul and rahul as different people. Then the password, which picks up an invisible space at the end when lifted from a chat message, so key it in yourself.
Forgotten Password: Secure Bighand99 Reissue Over Chat
There is no email link and no OTP. The desk confirms you are the holder in chat, sends a fresh password, and you set your own after the first sign-in.
No Reply at Night: Bighand99 Support Hours in Real Terms
Some reviews read a silent chat as a closed business. It is usually the clock. Replies come quickest in the afternoon and evening and slowest roughly between 2 and 6 am.
Before you open a second Bighand99 account, ask the desk whether one already sits in your name. Duplicates split your money across two IDs, and sorting that out takes far longer than one question in chat. The step-by-step for returning players is on the BansalExch login page.
Two smaller points come up as well. Someone always asks about an APK; the desk does not send one, so any file doing the rounds did not come from Bighand99. And new players ask how to start: an ID is issued over WhatsApp, first deposit from ₹500 by UPI, with the details on the BansalExch ID page. Bighand99 is 18+ and India only, and the Bighand99 terms of use set out the rest. Everything else about signing in lives on the Bighand99 login home page.
BansalExch Questions With Trusted Bighand99 Answers
Is BansalExch the same as Bighand99?
Yes, it is one business under two labels. Players shortened Bansal Exchange to BansalExch, and in 2023 the operator adopted Bighand99 as its name. Logins, balances and the WhatsApp desk carried straight through the switch; what you notice is a different logo and a different address in the browser.
Why do BansalExch reviews mention dead links?
Most of those reviewers were holding a link from the BansalExch era. Bighand99 has changed address several times since, so the saved page shows an error while the ID itself is fine. One chat message gets the new link, and the reviewer’s existing login opens it.
Can I still log in with my BansalExch ID?
Yes, the same ID works on Bighand99. Type the password by hand, since a pasted one often carries a trailing space, and match the capitals in your username exactly. If it still fails, the desk checks you are the holder and reissues a password in chat.
Do I need a new account after the BansalExch rename?
No. Nobody had to register again in 2023, and your balance stayed on the original account. Opening a fresh Bighand99 ID only splits your money in two. Ask the desk first whether an account exists in your name before you request anything new.
