About Us — Trusted Record of the BansalExch to Bighand99 Rename
About Bighand99 first, since that is what you searched: it is the sports exchange that ran as BansalExch until 2023, and bighand.in is a help site that explains how to reach it. We are not the operator. Bighand99 holds the accounts, the balances and the support desk; this site holds none of those.
Who Runs This Trusted Bighand99 Help Site
The people behind bighand.in write for players, not for the operator. These pages exist because people kept arriving with a BansalExch username, a bookmark that no longer loaded, and no idea whether Bighand99 was the same company or a copy.
So the writing here is aimed at that one person. No named author, no expert persona, no star rating we handed ourselves. Each page answers a single sign-in or sign-up question about Bighand99 and then stops (the Bighand99 login page is where most visitors should probably start).
What this site cannot do for you: open an account, reset a password, check a balance or move money. Only the Bighand99 desk does that, over WhatsApp chat. Every account button on these pages goes to the desk link and nowhere else.
The Verified BansalExch to Bighand99 Rename Record
Short version. Different name, same Bighand99 accounts underneath.
That last row causes most of the confusion. A saved BansalExch address dying does not mean Bighand99 shut down; it means the door moved, and the desk sends whichever link works that week. Your username and balance stay put on every working address, which is the whole point of keeping this record: one account, four names, several doors over time.
How Bighand99 Facts Get a Clear Check Before Publishing
Roughly, a claim only goes on a page if the Bighand99 desk says the same thing on chat.
- Desk first. Steps like the ₹500 first deposit by UPI, case-sensitive usernames and the chat-only password reissue come from what the Bighand99 desk actually tells players.
- Slow hours included. Replies are quickest in the afternoon and evening and slowest around 2 to 6 am, so pages give both ends rather than the flattering one.
- Unconfirmed means left out. There is no Bighand99 APK from the desk, so no page links one. A file passed around in groups is somebody else's.
- Rewritten when things move. An address change or a new sign-in step means the affected page gets edited, not footnoted.
Spotted something out of date? Tell us through the Bighand99 contact page. The rules for using this site sit in the Bighand99 terms of use, and how visitor data is handled is set out in the Bighand99 privacy policy. One more thing, in case it needs repeating: an ID only ever comes from the desk chat, never from a page on bighand.in. 18+, India only.
